The relay Triathlon

Each member of the team completes one discipline using the timing chip as the baton. Teams can be made up of either 2 or 3 members.

An AquaBike is a Swim-Bike format. This will give individuals that are recovering and can’t run the ability to race, athletes that are just training for an upcoming race and choose not tax their legs with the running portion of a triathlon, or people that have just converted into AquaBike athletes and love to swim and bike! The time will be taken on the mat into Transition 2 (T2)
